Procurement Opportunities

The construction of the East-West Tie project will require the purchase of products and services from external suppliers. Valard Construction will lead the competitive bid process to purchase services from companies who offer high quality business standards in areas such as safety, quality, environmental, local content and value. Our procurement process will ensure diversity and encourage participation from Northern and Indigenous businesses. Procurement and proposal opportunities will be posted through Supercom Industries. This site is updated daily, so please be sure to check back regularly.
